Ivan developed a passion for health and wellness at a young age playing competitive basketball and volleyball. He obtained an undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics from University of Ottawa in 2011 and worked as a student trainer for the University of Ottawa Men`s basketball team. After graduating, he worked as an exercise physiologist at a local physiotherapy clinic for a year before obtaining his Masters in Physiotherapy from Queen`s University.

 Ivan is a registered physiotherapist with widespread background in treatment and rehabilitation of numerous injuries and chronic pain issues as well as injuries that are caused from work, sport and variety of other activities and/or pathologies. He has taken courses and training in athletic taping, neurofunctional acupuncture, dry needling, manual therapy, spinal manipulation, exercise rehabilitation, and soft tissue release. Throughout his physiotherapy career, Ivan has worked in a variety of physiotherapy clinics ranging from sports to long term care. Ivan is passionate about rehabilitating, restoring and enhancing client’s function and performance as quickly as possible. He is currently the lead physiotherapist at the Perely and Rideau Physiotherapy and Massage clinic.
