(Bonnie Black, Past District Governor - Rotary's Action Plan)
Bonnie spoke to us about the District's Action Plan which is based on Rotary International's Action Plan. She highlighted four key areas: increase our impact, expand our reach, enhance participant engagement, and increase our ability to adapt. She reminded us Rotarians are 'People of Action' and The Action Plan honors our past and embraces our future. It is meant to help evolve Rotary as an organization to not only keep us relevant but thriving.
