Lunch meeting was held at KS on the Keys      Scribe: Scott Vetter

Announcements
  • Scott reported that he had meet with Wesley Clover Parks National Capital Car Show committee. This year's show will be Saturday September 12 (with the next day as a rain date) and the show will be the second Saturday of September in future years. The club agreed to Wounded Warriors and RCOS as the charitable recipients for this year.

  • Eva mentioned that the Rotary Club of Ottawa was successful at integrating their Rotaract club within different committees to strengthen ties and communication. RCOS committee chairs are encouraged to reach out to the Rotaract Club of Ottawa South to see if they have members who are interested in sitting on, and contributing, to a committee.

  • Joan announced there are only a couple SHF gala tickets left at our table. If you haven't already bought your ticket to the Somali Hope Foundation gala supper on April 4, contact Moe Elmi or Joan Hunter asap.

  • The attachment for the Perley Physiotherapy and Massage Clinic's insight to aging and back pain wasn't successful in last week's bulletin. You can download the Perley presentation PDF here.

Happy Bucks

Joan collected cheers 'n' jeers for a buck.

50/50

Joan also handled the deck: Peter picked a five, the Joker's still alive, the pot continues to rise: currently $280.

No speaker today, club business was discussed.

President-elect Joan Hunter ended the meeting promptly at 1:30.
