Gratitude involves showing appreciation for the things in life that are meaningful or valuable to you. Taking a moment to notice and acknowledge the things you’re grateful for each day can brighten your outlook, boost your mood, and help you feel more positive in the face of challenges.

We enjoyed a wonderful time together, engaging in conversation, sharing laughter, and expressing our gratitude. Among the reasons for our appreciation were the health care system, our friends, our country, the inclusivity and strength of Canadians, and the care and concern shown by Rotarians. We have so much to be thankful for.

Dr. Ian Lee will be speaking at Rotary Club of West Ottawa next Tuesday, March 25th at 12:30 pm at “The Happy Greek” restaurant in the mall at Meadowlands and Merivale and his topic will be “Trump’s Impact on Canada”. You can join in person or via zoom:
Ottawa Rotary Home is celebrating their 40th Anniversary on
Sunday, April 13th, 2025. All Rotary Clubs of District 7040 are invited to attend the celebration. As this is our intended benefactor for our Golf Tournament it would be a great event for us to attend. Please respond by March 31st.
