Salvation Army Literacy Program Receives Donation From RCOS

A Salvation Army Literacy Program received a cheque for $3,500 from the Rotary Club of Ottawa South. CLub President Terry Roman presents cheque to fellow Rotarian Captain Thomas Yoo at the weekly meeting on August 18, 2010. The funds are being used to buy computers and a printer to start a computer literacy program atthe Ottawa Citadel Church. The Salvation Army Literacy Program is a recipient of the upcoming Literacy Round-up fundraiser. The fundrasier will be hoot on October 2 at the Lone Star Ranch, featuring local goup Ridin' Shotgun and emcee Geoff Winters from Dawg-FM.
